These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PartTimeKaki (the “Platform”) at parttimekaki.my and our crew portal. The Platform is operated by EST Solutions (Event Solution Team), company registration no. 202303314259 (003558055-H), of 18-3, Jalan PJU 5/20D, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About PartTimeKaki
PartTimeKaki is a Malaysian platform that connects job seekers (“crew”) with companies (“employers”) seeking part-time, event and temporary manpower such as promoters, event crew, service crew, F&B crew, retail crew, roadshow crew and warehouse crew.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to work in Malaysia and at least the minimum legal working age to register as crew. Employers must provide accurate company and contact information.
3. Crew Registration & Conduct
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You agree to attend confirmed jobs on time and conduct yourself professionally.
- Repeated no-shows, false information or misconduct may result in suspension from the Platform.
4. Employer Enquiries & Bookings
- Manpower enquiries submitted through the Platform are requests, not confirmed bookings, until acknowledged by us.
- Employers agree to provide safe working conditions and to honour the agreed rates and terms for crew.
5. No Guarantee of Jobs or Crew
While we work to match crew and employers efficiently, we do not guarantee the availability of any particular job, crew member, or number of crew. The Platform facilitates connections and coordination between crew and employers.
6. Payments
Payment terms for completed work are arranged through the Platform and/or directly between the parties as communicated for each job. You agree to provide accurate payment details where required.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false information, harvesting data, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
The PartTimeKaki name, logo, content and design are owned by or licensed to EST Solutions and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or from any job arrangement between crew and employers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
